Roofing Warranties

Every roof we install is covered by our own workmanship warranty, and shingle roofs can be upgraded to a registered CertainTeed warranty.

How Our Roof Warranties Work

We want you to know exactly what you are covered for before we start, so here is how it works.

Vanity Roofing workmanship warranty, 20 years

Every roof we install comes with our own 20-year workmanship warranty. If a problem comes up because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it.

CertainTeed 4-Star registered warranty, 50 years

On CertainTeed shingle roofs we can register a 4-Star warranty. It covers materials, tear-off and labour for 50 years, non-prorated, if the shingles fail. Workmanship stays covered by our 20-year warranty.

CertainTeed 5-Star warranty, 50 years plus 25 on workmanship

The 5-Star keeps the same 50-year non-prorated coverage and adds 25 years on workmanship, backed by CertainTeed. It requires replacing all the flashings as part of the job, so it costs more, but it is the strongest coverage you can get on a shingle roof. Only CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster contractors can register it, and we are one of them.

We register your warranty with CertainTeed once the job is done. Thinking about a new roof? Our roof replacement page covers materials and timelines.
